This Monk Tom Water Ritual Daily helps renew fresh water in your body and keeps you and your organs healthy.
The human being consists of an average of 70% water and most of the water is distributed throughout all of the body's cells and in the intercellular space of a person.
(The intercellular space is the space between the body cells.)
Water is the first drink you need to drink every day.
Drink a glass of still water while sitting - the best way is in the yoga position.
Drink 0.3 – 0.5 litre of water . Water temperature should be room temperature
and as you drink, thank the universe for the Divine Water.
Drink the water consciously. Your thoughts are by the water and you feel the crystal clear water running down your throat and into your stomach.
Then the water goes into the small intestine (a small part of the water then goes directly into the large intestine) and is absorbed into the bloodstream through the small intestinal wall and travels to the liver. The water-blood mixture is distributed from the liver and goes to the other organs such as the spleen, heart, lung and kidney. The purpose of this Tom Monk Water Ritual is to cleanse the organs and cleanse the body cells. Because the body cells need fresh, oxygen-rich water every day.
The lungs introduce fresh oxygen into the blood and remove carbon dioxide from the blood. That's why it's so important to breathe deeply in fresh air during this ritual.
Always breathe deeply in and exhale slowly and take again a sip of water. The body's cells absorb the fresh, clear water and oxygen which is transported to the cells with the blood in the arteries blood vessels. Always breathe deeply in and exhale slowly and take again a sip of water. The body's cells absorb the fresh, clear water and the oxygen. And the carbon dioxide-containing wastewater from the body's cells returned to the veins blood vessels.
Blood vessels are hollow tubes that transport blood throughout the body, similar to a plumbing system. The blood supplies the body with oxygen, water and nutrients and removes waste products such as carbon dioxide and wastewater.
The lungs take carbon dioxide from the blood and excrete it when you breathe out. The kidneys clean the wastewater-rich blood and send the wastewater from the body's cells as urine into the bladder. And the bladder excretes the urine from the body.
With this simple morning ritual you can help keep your body, mind and soul healthy.
