Why is this website “May Way of Longevity” created?
With this new website, My Way of Longevity , we aim to contribute to helping health-conscious readers discern for themselves, based on facts, which lifestyle they prefer – and act accordingly. If you nourish yourself daily with fast food, pizza, pasta, and cake, smoke, drink alcohol, and suffer from a lack of movement due to predominantly sedentary activities, it is certainly not surprising that this lifestyle will manifest in old age through organ diseases and pain in the joints and bones. However, if you lead a healthy, balanced, and mindful life and take time for your health every day, the likelihood of having to take pharmaceutical medications is much lower. While these may alleviate the symptoms of suffering, they often have negative side effects on internal organs in the long term.
Prevention is better than cure.
The principle of biology is: Use it or lose it. If we do not constantly train and challenge our physical, mental, and emotional functions, they will deteriorate.
