Before watching the meditation video “WINTER MEDITATION HEALING OF THE KIDNEYS” it is important that you read this introduction below to know what effect this therapeutic video will have on you. Because it is a holistic approach and can only show its full effect if you follow the instructions.
It's not a video for your entertainment where you drink a glass of wine and eat salty chips like you usually do while watching TV. No, this video is specifically made to stimulate your kidneys and activate the healing process of your kidneys and make healthy kidneys even healthier.
Winter, water and the kidneys have a deep connection.
That's why the video is specially designed for the winter time and has the greatest healing effect on the kidneys during this time. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) there are five elements water, wood, fire, earth and metal and each element associates to a main organ kidney-water-winter, liver-wood-spring, heart-fire-summer, spleen-earth-Late summer and lung-metal autumn. Each element represents a season of winter, spring, summer, late summer and autumn and is each connected to a main organ. And it is actually the case that, especially in the corresponding season, the corresponding organ can be positively healed or negatively damaged.
This video “WINTER MEDITATION HEALING OF THE KIDNEYS” is dedicated to the season of winter and its Yin organ, the kidneys, and its counterpart, the Yang bladder. Because Ying and Yang belong together to create unity and balance.
Remember, this therapeutic video “WINTER MEDITATION HEALING OF THE KIDNEYS” is a holistic approach, and is the starting point to do something good for your kidneys. By listening to your body and incorporating these following practices, you can create a lifestyle that supports the natural flow of your water element, promotes healthy kidneys, and promotes overall wellness. So immerse yourself and explore the powers of divine water externally and internally.
Time in nature, especially near water, can be incredibly calming and restorative.
This video is designed to bring your water element back into harmony, promote healthy kidneys and general well-being. Take 15 minutes a day for your kidneys in the winter and your kidneys will be grateful to you all year round.
Here are some simple steps you should incorporate while watching the video:
The Monk Tom Meditation is a guided meditation - for healthy kidneys
Preparation:
You heat ½ liter of good still mineral water to 80 degrees Celsius. Cuddle up warm in bed or sofa and watch the video. Your kidneys should be nice and warm. To do this, drink a sip of warm water every now and then. Thank the water for the precious divine water and simply follow the water cycle in the video. Your thoughts are always on the water and your kidneys and try to feel how the water flows through your kidneys.
Relax now, your thoughts are only on water and the water cycle in your body. Breathe deeply again and again so that the freshly drunk warm water can absorb the oxygen and so that the blood enriched with fresh water-oxygen mixture can flow to all of your 50 trillion cells in your body and so can renew the water in your cells.
Your kidneys regulate the water content in your blood and purify your blood. Thank your kidneys for doing such a tremendous job for you throughout your life. In your body, the kidneys are responsible for:
• Regulation of water and electrolyte balance and blood pressure
• Excretion of metabolic end products (waste materials)
• Detoxification and elimination of medications and environmental toxins
• Regulation of the acid-base balance, including the pH value in the blood
• Hormone formation (renin, erythropoietin)
• Activation of vitamin D

Poem: Song of the spirits over the waters
The first verse of the poem "Song of the Spirits over the Waters" by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe in the video serves as inspiration to recognize one's own soul in the life cycle of water and is intended to serve the spiritual recovery and healing of body, mind and soul.
The human soul is like water:
From heaven it comes,
to heaven it rises,
And down again to the earth it must,
again and again
Eternally changing.
(Song of the Spirits over the Waters is a poem by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe from 1779. It was written during Goethe's stay in Lauterbrunnen as part of his second trip to Switzerland. The Staubbach Falls in the Lauterbrunnen Valley served Goethe as inspiration for the poem Song of the Spirits over the Waters .
